Workplace relationships in care homes

This career development award will undertake the preliminary work and personal development to submit a competitive NIHR post-doctoral application to research the workplace relationships that shape quality in care homes.

It is funded (£47k) by the NIHR School for Social Care: Individual Research Career Development Award in Adult Social Care scheme. The research started in June 2020 and is likely to complete summer 2021.
